Privacy Notice for California Residents

This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in the Checkin Privacy Policy and applies solely to users who reside in the State of California. We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. We do not collect sensitive personal information outside what is necessary for app functionality.

7. Data Retention

Refer to our main Privacy Policy for details on how long we retain personal information. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal information unless otherwise required by law.
