We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

We do not collect sensitive personal information outside what is necessary for app functionality.

7. Data Retention
Refer to our main Privacy Policy for details on how long we retain personal information. Upon account closure, we will delete your personal information unless otherwise required by law.

We may update this Privacy Notice to comply with legal requirements or reflect changes in our business practices. Updates will be posted on our website and app with an updated “Effective Date.”
