Welcome to Checkin! By accessing or using the Checkin app, website, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Checkin, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Checkin on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Checkin may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing these features, you agree to our pricing, billing, and refund policies. All transactions are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use Checkin to promote illegal activities.
  • Access Checkin through unauthorised means, such as automated systems (bots).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Checkin App PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, personal injury, or loss of opportunities.

 

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website or app. Your continued use of Checkin after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.


14. Apple End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

If you access or download the Checkin app through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • These Terms of Use are between you and Checkin App PTY LTD, not with Apple Inc.
  • Your use of the Checkin app must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Apple End User Licence Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
  • Apple is not responsible for the Checkin app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Checkin app.
  • In the event of any failure of the Checkin app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Checkin app.
  • You agree to comply with all third-party terms that apply when using the Checkin app.
